Cerboni Financial & Consulting Services was founded in 2017 by Joshua Santana and Maria Degaine with a clear mission: to help restaurant and hospitality owners make smarter financial decisions through clarity, strategy, and industry-specific expertise. Today, Cerboni is a trusted, all-in-one outsourced bookkeeping and financial solutions firm serving clients nationwide.

Joshua Santana, Co-Founder and Partner, is a Houston native and a graduate of the University of Houston with a degree in Accounting. He joined Santana & Associates, Cerboni’s sister tax services firm, in 2008 and brings over 15 years of tax expertise to the Cerboni team. Joshua specializes in tax preparation and filing, audits, tax strategy, and tax appeals for both individuals and businesses. His deep understanding of tax law and proactive approach allow clients to optimize their tax positions while aligning their financial strategies with long-term business growth.

Maria Degaine, Co-Founder and Partner, brings more than 20 years of restaurant and hospitality experience to Cerboni. As a successful restaurant owner, she understands firsthand the financial and operational challenges restaurant owners face every day. Her expertise in restaurant bookkeeping and hospitality operations helps clients streamline operations, improve profitability and build more efficient processes.
